The more you finish it within two to three hours, the more you will remain hydrated and hydrated body is a healthy body. If you don`t like plain water, add drops of lemon or some fruits in your bottle. The flavors will make you have more sips. Fruits filled water is even healthier for you.

Replacing cakes and pizzas with fruits and vegetables is recommended to everyone but a few follow it; why? Most of us think that they are boring and are not flavory. Instead, they are harmful as they increase bad fat in the body. Therefore, avoiding them or minimizing their consumption is the way to maintain health.
